Chemical etching

What is chemical etching?

Chemical etching, also known as chemical milling or photo etching, is a subtractive sheet metal machining process which uses chemical etchants to create complex and highly accurate precision components from almost any metal.

We have been at the forefront of etching technology for almost 12 years. This is because our unmatched chemical etching process know-how enables us to offer a fast, economical, quality-assured etching service for the widest range of metals.

ZYH Etching Factory has 5 etching production lines, including 2 fully automatic integrated etching lines (integrating etching, stripping, cleaning, drying and polishing), which can produce 3,000 square meters per day, which can meet a large number of customers. At the same time, there are also semi-automatic and proofing etching lines, which can save costs for early development and small batch production.

Almost any metal can be etched.

Other specialty metals, including molybdenum and polyimide metallized films We also use customer supplied materials.
